No, the subscription is per shop. Prima is for 1 user, Opus goes up to 8 and Magnum has unlimited users: bringing in your son or your estimator does not change the price of the tier.

No. Getting started is self-service and there is no one-off fee on the price list. If you like, we can set up your baths and import your data from Excel with an optional assisted onboarding.

Your markup on the metal is typically 2-5%. It only takes the gold price moving more than that between quote and processing for that margin to vanish. By repricing automatically, a single protected quote can be worth more than a year's subscription. Work out your risk on the dedicated page.

Yes, at any time, and you manage your plan from the Account area. Your data stays the same: the Opus features unlock (branded customer link, actuals, baths, management integrations like Fatture in Cloud, Fattura24 and Danea, dashboard) and the limits drop.
