Ten metals in the list: gold, silver, rhodium, platinum, palladium, nickel, copper, zinc, tin and chromium. Eight with a live market price, the other two with a manual price. For each metal you see the price in €/g, the change and the trend over 7, 30 or 90 days.
A two-step wizard takes you from the part to the PDF. Choose one of the 8 shapes and Quot calculates the surface area; then you stack the treatments (nickel undercoat, gold finish) and each layer is priced at the current quotation, also taking into account the bath's energy and additives.
Configure each bath with a wizard: chemistry type, cathodic efficiency (from a table or measured on your own real data), anode type, additives and typical voltage. Then the simulator reasons over the whole batch, just like you do at the rectifier.
Every quote has a public link with your logo and your colors: the customer opens it with no login, sees the treatments grouped (never the per-layer costs), follows the job's progress and clicks Accept or Reject, with a confirmation screen. You know when they viewed it and what they decided.
Customers in the address book, history in folders, and every quote recalculable to today's prices with one click. The dashboard tells you how it's going: revenue, conversions, expired quotes to follow up on and prices that have drifted. A notification center alerts you when a customer decides or a bath is running low.
A complete customer address book, import from CSV file and connection to management software (Fatture in Cloud, Fattura24 and Danea export, from the Opus plan) to import customer records and create the quote documents. And from the Account area you manage subscription, logo, colors and shop details: every electroplating shop has its own space, separate from the others.
