Quot is a subscription SaaS service, reserved for VAT-registered businesses, provided by Donzella di Thomas Donzella (Quot is a Lyreth product). On this page you will find all the documents that govern the relationship between you and us: the service contract, the notices on the processing of personal data and the commitments we make towards your subscription. Each document states its own last-updated date at the top.
Contract and terms
- General Terms of Service
The contract that governs the Quot subscription: 7-day free trial with no credit card, plans and prices, billing, term and withdrawal, soft lock on expiry and limitations of liability.
- Acceptable use (AUP)
The rules on how to use Quot correctly: what is allowed, what is forbidden and the consequences in case of misuse of the service.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The commitments on service availability, maintenance windows and support response times.
Personal data and privacy

How we process the personal data of the site and the account (art. 13 GDPR): which data we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.

Which cookies and third-party tools the quotlab.com site uses. No profiling or advertising tracking cookies.
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The agreement required by art. 28 GDPR: the Customer is the controller of the data uploaded to the app, Quot acts as processor on its behalf.

The providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, payments, billing, VAT verification) with their location and the safeguards applied.
