We want a website and an application that anyone can use. Here is where we stand, where we are aiming, and how to report a problem to us.

We believe that work tools should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. That is why we design the quotlab.com website and the app.quotlab.com application with accessibility in mind, and we work to improve them continuously. This page gives an honest account of the current state: we declare the goal we are striving for, not full conformance already achieved.
Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the leading international standard for the accessibility of web content. We also take as a reference the European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the WCAG criteria for the accessibility requirements of digital products and services in the European Union.
This is a goal we are working towards: some areas of the website and the application may not yet fully meet all level AA criteria. When we identify any, we address them in subsequent releases.
The European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882, applicable from 28 June 2025) introduces accessibility requirements for a range of products and services aimed primarily at consumers. The directive provides an exemption for microenterprises that supply services, namely enterprises with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding 2 million euros.
Quot is today a service aimed at businesses (B2B), intended for shops and laboratories with a VAT number, and it is provided by Donzella di Thomas Donzella, a microenterprise. For these reasons Quot does not fall among the parties subject to the obligations of the European Accessibility Act. Nevertheless, we voluntarily adhere to the same accessibility principles, because we consider them right and useful for those who use the tool every day.

Accessibility is not a goal to be ticked off once, but a work that continues with every product update. We keep checking our pages, fixing what we find and taking into account the suggestions of those who use Quot. This statement is updated as the state of accessibility changes.
