Do you keep your customer records in Fatture in Cloud? Import them into Quot in one click, with no duplicates: company names, VAT numbers and contacts stay aligned between the two tools.
The connection uses Fatture in Cloud's official authorization (OAuth2): your password never goes through Quot, only the owner can connect or disconnect the account, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
Inside Quot: Account → Management → Connect with Fatture in Cloud. You authorize on the Fatture in Cloud site, come back to Quot, and it's done.
Your customer receives the quote with a link, opens it and decides. At their "I accept", Quot freezes the prices, notifies you and creates the document in Fatture in Cloud. All you have to do is the job itself.
Yes: the integration links your existing Fatture in Cloud subscription to your Quot account. If you don't use Fatture in Cloud, Quot still works: you generate and send quote PDFs all the same.
