Dispute resolution

The law applicable to the relationship is Italian law and the exclusively competent court is the Court of Milan (registered office of the Controller). Quot operates on a business-to-business basis, therefore consumer protection rules do not apply.

For information purposes we note that the European Commission provides a platform for the online resolution of disputes (ODR platform), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform is intended mainly for disputes with consumers and, given the B2B nature of the service, is indicated here solely as standard-practice information.
