Who this concerns

This page concerns the Quot app (quotes for electroplating). The data controller is Donzella di Thomas Donzella, Via S. Francesco D'Assisi 47E, 20073 Opera (MI), P.IVA IT02865930180. For any request about your data, write to info@quotlab.com.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@quotlab.com from the address you use to sign in to Quot, stating the name of your shop and the subject "Cancellazione account Quot". To protect you, we may ask you for confirmation from the same registered address before proceeding.

Which data is deleted

At your request, we permanently delete:

  • the account and login credentials;
  • your company/shop data (details, logo, settings);
  • your customers and their contact details;
  • the quotes, the history and the bath data;
  • the device token used for push notifications.

Timing and retention

  • We delete data from active systems within 30 days of the request.
  • The backup copies that may contain your data are overwritten and deleted within 90 days.
  • Some documents may be kept longer only where required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting or tax): in that case they are retained for the period set by the regulations and are then deleted.

Would you like a copy of your data first?

From the app you can export them under Account → Security → "Export my data": you download a file with company details, customers, quotes and baths (GDPR portability), so you keep a copy before deletion.
